Salesforce Improvements for Humanimal Trust
Founded in May 2014 by Professor Noel Fitzpatrick (renowned globally as a pioneering orthopaedic-neuro veterinary surgeon) Humanimal Trust champions the One Medicine movement: driving collaboration between vets, doctors, and researchers so that both humans and animals benefit from sustainable medical progress, without animal lives being compromised.
Clea Technology was contacted by Sarah Colbourne, Head of Fundraising, who had recently taken on the role and inherited a legacy Salesforce system that needed review and improvement. Sarah needed support to understand how the system had been set up, and required a number of updates and enhancements.
We began by conducting a full audit of the CRM and delivered a series of improvements tailored to their needs. We also provided user training to ensure the system could be used confidently and effectively. We’re now entering a second phase of work, which includes outbound marketing support and email system integration.
