IT Support and CRM for The Sea Change Trust
The Sea Change Trust is a charity dedicated to providing specialist therapeutic support to babies, children, young people, and their families in rural and underserved communities.
They approached Clea Technology with a need for a CRM system that could support their fundraising efforts, offer a central database, and provide clear reporting and impact analysis. We are currently developing this system, with user acceptance testing scheduled to take place shortly.
During this initial engagement, it became apparent that Sea Change Trust also required urgent support with migrating their Microsoft 365 tenant to a new domain. This included the transfer of all email accounts and SharePoint libraries, and the work was time-sensitive. We were able to complete the migration on time, ensuring zero disruption to their day-to-day operations.
Since then, we’ve continued to support The Sea Change Trust with preparations for Cyber Essentials certification. This has included the implementation of backup capabilities, patch management, staff training on cyber security best practices, and the installation of a new firewall.
Clea Technology has effectively become the IT department for The Sea Change Trust, and we thoroughly enjoy supporting a charity that is making a real difference in the lives of young people.
