Salesforce Solutions For A Better Tomorrow
Based on the Salesforce implementations we have delivered to Shropshire based NonProfits and beyond, we were approached by A Better Tomorrow, to transition them from an Access based database to a fully functioning multi user programme management tool.
A Better Tomorrow is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that was established in 2014. They started with just one house which gave support with addiction and substance misuse recovery. There are now 23 properties and services have been increased to include support for mental wellbeing and homelessness. Their recovery projects have built a very positive reputation and they have struck up a strong working partnership with Telford and Wrekin Council.
A salesforce system was designed to manage the stay of patients/clients affected by drug/alcohol addiction, mental health issues, homelessness or domestic abuse. The system helps streamline the patient/client stay from when they are referred to ABT from the council, prison and other sources and helps on board them into housing, then helps to keep track of the progress they’re making in the various programs offered by ABT and all the way to the end of their stay.
The system also aids the daily and maintenance operations of the charity by being the main authority of client/patient data, housing information and any required maintenance both current and future.
Based on this very successful Salesforce implementation we were asked to provide a range of further IT services. We are now helping ABT prepare for their Cyber Essentials certification by helping with Backup and Patch Management. We are also helping manage their Microsoft 365 tenant and user endpoints.
ABT are doing incredible work supporting a range of vulnerable people and we are thrilled to be playing a small part in their work.
